Are these good seats ? [Chicago Theatre]?
Okay , well my dad is buying tickets to the Mariah Carey concert in February & we really can’t tell by the map that they have if the tickets will be good or not . Can someone either explain how to read the map or tell us if they are good ? Thank you (:

Our seats: PRICE LEVEL 2
MAIN FLOOR SEATING
SIDE OF THEATRE
FLOOR:BETWEEN ROWS 15(A) TO 29(Q)
Your seat numbers are confusing all right. Chicago Theater rows are listed as letters. Triple letters are closest to the stage in the orchestra pit while double letters are from the pit to about 1/2 back. Single letter rows are behind them. No rows have numbers attached, only letters.
Row A is okay. It’s about 1/2 of the way from the stage Row Q is pretty far back under the mezzanine. Either way the phrase “side of theater” makes the perspective a bit one-sided. You’ll have a fairly good view of one side of the stage but far away from the other side.
Looking again at the seating chart, the main floor seats as well as the balconies have 3 digits. The only 2 digit numbers are in the side balcony boxes. 29 is stage right in the middle balcony. 15 is also to the right on the side of the lower balcony.
Look again at the tickets and use the seating chart below to find exact location.
